About the Business Line Water We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design-build.
Job Description

Manages projects on a local to national basis achieving quality outcomes, financial performance and client satisfaction. Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project. Acts as primary point of contact with client. Identifies and commits appropriate company resources to accomplish project goals. Controls overall project cost and scope, schedule, and quality of work. Makes decisions concerning approved expenditures to meet project budget, preventing the need for write-offs, and maximizing project margin. Ensures all standards and requirements are met in the area of health and safety by reviewing, communicating and managing project health and safety plans so that project personnel, client and subcontractors are aware of risks and hazards, and accidents are prevented. Mentors and develops staff, providing leadership and an environment which encourages teamwork, initiative and growth.

Plans, directs, and supervises all operations included in moderately-sized projects with some risk and complexity; moderate financial impact. Manages and leads the overall project and/or team, including all technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using consistent processes and tools. Works under minimal supervision.
