Summary:
As the face of the company, welcome every customer to the branch, identify reason for customer visit and thank then for coming when they leave. Support customer experience by answering questions and giving appropriate forms, where appropriate. Identify sales opportunities using the GAIN model and refer to Relationship Banker. Directly handle non-monetary transactions when possible.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver customer service level and operational excellence in branch as communicated by branch management

- Monitor Teller line to see if customers can be redirected to another channel

- Assist and educate customers on the use of self-service and remote channels

- Support the customer experience by answering questions, guiding customers to appropriate area of bank for further assistance (e.g. consumers with sales needs to Platform staff, monetary needs to teller staff and business customer to Branch Business Manager as appropriate)

- Champion a customer centric culture

- Process transactions within established policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence

- Compliance with all banking regulations

- All other job duties as assigned

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- 6 months of experience in customer service in a bank branch environment.
