Jobing Description

Overview:

The Training Specialist is responsible for delivery of classroom training within a call center environment. Classes conducted include new hire and continuing education. Majority of training will be delivered to Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities:

Delivery of classroom training material included but not limited to, new hire programs, enhancement training, and other customer and corporate offerings

Professional interaction with ACCENT clients

Willingness to work flexible schedules to accommodate training class requirements

Creating reports for ACCENT leadership clients

Providing leadership in a classroom environment

Maintaining classroom supplies

Identify new or revised methods for adult learning situations

Meet department performance goals on a consistent basis and strive for continuous improvement

Demonstrate a positive approach to all aspects of the ACCENT business

Adhere to ACCENT s policies and procedures

Work with quality assurance and production teams to evaluate effectiveness of all workshops

Conduct regular and on-going need analysis through various methods including but not limited to call evaluation, observations and questionnaires

Complete special projects as required

Maintain a positive attitude and support ACCENT s Commitment to Excellence

Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Professional mature behavior exhibiting enthusiasm and reliability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional leadership and listening skills

Proven ability using MS Office Suite product line, including WORD, POWER POINT, EXCEL, etc.

Ability to work professionally with diverse customers and coworkers

May require flexible work hours to meet the needs of training

High school diploma or GED

Two year degree preferred

Previous call center and/or wireless telecom customer service experience preferred

Experience with MS Office
