Applications are now open for new graduates who will be graduating from an accredited RN program by October 31st, 2019 or have less than 6 months experience as an RN. If you are interested in discussing RN opportunities with us, please complete this application and a recruiter will contact you.
All New RN graduates & RNs with less than 6 months experience are eligible to participate in our Nurse Residency Program. The Nurse Residency Program is designed as a 12-month program to support new graduate nurses as they transition into the professional role of nursing. The program is based on two theoretical frameworks strongly linked to transition of new graduate RNs
- Benner's Novice to Expert Theory which identifies stages of development in clinical nursing practice;
- Kramer's Reality Shock Theory which identifies role adaptation of new nurses as a major stressor
