Job Description
As the Reliability and Metrics Manager, you will lead a team responsible for using data and analytics to evaluate and identify strategic opportunities to improve service reliability across the PBM. This leadership role involves the direct oversight including, but not limited to:
- Managing ongoing evaluation of performance metrics and assist in developing our critical metrics that drive key programs
- Collaborating with business partners to maintain reporting and innovate new ways to visualize and utilize data
- Assisting in maintenance of underlying data systems/applications utilized by the team to produce reporting solutions
- Managing data integrity within reporting and ancillary applications by acting as a data steward, and works with teams to improve/maintain data quality
- Defining team strategy and goals in alignment with overall organizational objectives
- Removing roadblocks, setting realistic goals, defining team member development, and managing overall performance

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience working in a professional services environment with partner management, project leadership and application management
* 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, leading and mentoring across multiple geographic locations

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with and its reporting capabilities, and development experience with SQL, SSRS, Tableau and/or similar business intelligence/reporting tools
* Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry knowledge
* Able to identify, assess and resolve complex business problems/issue/risks and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation
* Able to coach teams in the delivery of high quality work and solutions that satisfy partner expectations and meet approved scope, schedule and cost considerations
* Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills
* Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills

* Bachelor's degree is required
* Equivalent work experience may substitute
