The Senior Program Manager will have an important role in the launch of a new kidney care initiative for CVS Health. You will be responsible for development, leadership and continuous management of programs leading to business success within the Kidney Care initiative. The work may include managing programs consisting of product and process development, lifecycle management and business integration projects; leading a cross functional team throughout the development lifecycle, from conceptualization, through definition, design, realization, validation, to commercial release. Working across team leadership, you will 1) ensure measureable definition and progress towards key objectives and 2) manage specific and diverse projects and processes throughout the business and 3) coach and lead team members to drive and execute timely valuable program deliverables. You will build relationships, set strategy for management of implementation, support leaders in scoping and prioritization of work and work with subject matter experts to gain a compressive understanding of the business. The expectation of the Senior Program Manager is to be a strong communicator, problem solver, critical thinker, and have a natural curiosity to learn. You will be adept at navigating ambiguity and organizing complex needs into a manageable plan. * Partners with business leadership to establish a solid understanding of the vision, purpose, and expected results.
* Works collaboratively across teams to ensure measurable goals and objectives are defined across functions and aligned with vision.
* Develop systems and operating cadences for managing projects towards key objectives.
* Monitors health of business delivery. Tracks status, risks, issues and dependencies. Proactively identifies and addresses team impediments.
* Crafts and leads reporting of status and progress along with team and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications
-5+ years program or project management experience in cross functional medical device environment or related field
Device background and/or education (specifically medical device preferred).
-Ability to travel to Boston/Rhode Island areas 1-2 times quarterly.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of GMPs as defined by the FDA; familiarity with UL, CSA, IEC and other various regulatory standards
Skilled in leading multi-disciplinary teams including Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing, Service, Production, in an FDA regulated environment
Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean principles preferable.
Ability to lead, influence and inspire others
Ability to manage projects using Agile methodology
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders that effectively communicate key findings, and summarize insights and implications to communication strategies.
Extensive knowledge of project and program management processes, tools, templates and management techniques.
Agile methodology certification, such as Certified Scrum Master or related experience
Expertise with Project Management Tools such as Rally, Jira, MS Project, Asana, Basecamp, etc. as well as advanced skills with other MS Office programs.
Experience with product design, lifecycle medical device program/project management, or understanding of tight-tolerance manufactured products is preferable.
Knowledge of quality system regulations preferable. Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and methods also preferable.
Expertise with PowerPoint and executive level presentations.
Experience with SalesForce
Experience working with vendors, legal and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple activities at once.
Experience preferred in start-up organizations.
Experience in matrixed environment.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills, positive and professional demeanor.
Self-starter; ability to take ownership over processes.
Thorough understanding of developing products using a structured new product development process
