Would you like to join Fortune 5 CVS Health by joining our new Third Party Information Governance team?

This position can be located anywhere in the US.

As a Transformation Information Governance Senior Manager, you are responsible for designing, consulting, overseeing and directing implementation of new Third Party Information Governance controls. These controls govern the flow of data and information between CVS Health business units and Third Parties that receive CVS Health confidential data.

You will help create, maintain, and advise on policies and standards defining acceptable Third Party use, access to, and disclosure of competitively sensitive information, protected health information and personally identifiable information (collectively "Confidential Information") in compliance with our best practices and policies, obligations under several regulatory orders and our commitments to clients, customers, and regulators.

As part of the capability build out, this individual will work with partners from Legal, Compliance, Global Security and Procurement to lead the implementation of a centralized tool. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with business leaders and managing those relationships to ensure the high levels of engagement needed to make the program successful.

The successful candidate will:
- Be comfortable making difficult decisions that potentially impact business project direction.
- Understand of privacy, security and information governance best practices and legal requirements
- Ability to synthesize privacy, security, and information governance standards and commitments.
- Ability to lead internal work teams to resolution addressing privacy issues and successful resolution.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of third party data risk program experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience

- Certificates or Licenses preferred: CISA, CISM, CCSFP, PCI ISA

Bachelor's degree required
